Day 1: Transfer to Nyungwe National Park
At an agreed location in Kigali city, make your way to Nyungwe National Park. On your way to the park, you will have a stopover at the king’s palace, where you will have an insight into the culture and different beliefs of the people of Rwanda. You will also visit Huye Women’s cooperation where you will watch how coffee is grown, and you will also get to taste it. After proceeding to the park to your hotel for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.
Day 2: chimpanzee trekking and canopy walk
After having breakfast, make your way to the park and participate in chimpanzee trekking in Rwanda, which will allow you to spend an hour with the species, understanding more about their behavior. Interesting about your safari experience is the fact that the chimpanzees are a mobile species, and you will get to access several species as you follow their movements. In the afternoon, you will participate in the canopy walk, which will give you the chance to go on a walk within the canopy. The metallic walkway offers an aerial view of the park and its attractions, such as the different bird species, like the Albertine endemic species.
