Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
As early as 6:00 am, you will be picked up by your guide from a location of your choice in Kampala city or at your hotel in kampala city to transfer you to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you will participate in the rhino tracking in Uganda, which will give you access to the wildlife species in their natural habitat. The journey to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary will be quite rewarding, having a stopover in Luwero, where you will get to visit a number of markets where you will purchase a number of organic fruits like pineapples, bananas, watermelons, and many other fruits. After the stopover, you will make your way to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you will participate in rhino tracking. The safari experience is an on-foot experience that involves hiking along the trails in the sanctuary, which will lead you to the species. On reaching the species, you will get to spend some time watching the rhinos in their natural habitat as they go about their daily activities. You will also have the chance to ask as many questions as possible about the species with the knowledgeable guide, who will give you all the relevant information about the species. After the safari experience you can either participate in the nature walks which will lead you to a number of attractions like the elands, gazelles, the shoe bill stork, water bucks, bush bucks and many more to make your safari experience quite rewarding or you can visit Murchison falls national park where you will participate in the top of the falls hike to watch the world’s most powerful falls. Day 2: Murchison Falls morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise
Wake up to a tasty breakfast in the Murchison Falls National Park and set out for another eventful day. Your driver guide will be waiting for you to get ready and set to embark on the second game drive in the Murchison Falls National Park. You will follow a different trail for a different experience and a chance to spot more wildlife. This park is home to a large number of birds, so if you are interested in birds, this morning game drive is a great chance to spot a number of them. Right after the 4 hour morning game drive, you will head back to the accommodation to escape the hot scorching midday sun. Lunch will be served and relax at the lodge terrace or in your room, waiting for the next activity. In the late afternoon, when the sun has calmed down a bit, you will make your way to the River Nile banks, where you will have your boat trip. This boat trip gives the ultimate feel of the Murchison Falls and their strength the closer you get. You also get to spot the aquatic life of the park, and these are the crocodiles and the hippopotami that stay at the river banks. Day 3: Full day game drive
After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will make your way to the park’s plains to participate in the full-day game drive, which will give you a full day’s experience watching a number of different animal species as they go about their daily activities in the wild. You will go along the different game trails like the Buligi game track, Victoria track, Albert track, and honeymoon track, all of which have different attractions to showcase for a memorable safari experience.
