Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Ziwa rhino sanctuary is the only place in Uganda where you will get to see the white rhinos and usually tourists making their way to Murchison falls make a stopover at the rhino sanctuary to participate in rhino tracking in order to understand more about the endangered species that are part of the Big 5 Animals in Uganda.

While at Ziwa rhino sanctuary, get the opportunity to track the southern white rhinos while getting an up close look at them.  Rhino tracking at the sanctuary involves tourists walking along the different trails in the park in order to access the rhinos with the help of a knowledgeable guide and an armed ranger at the viewing point, you will get to watch the species moving freely in the sanctuary as you observe their feeding patterns and how the co-exist with one another while in the sanctuary among other rewarding features of the Sanctuary.
