LUNCH
The gorilla trekking experience takes about 8 hours therefore you should carry some drinking water and packed lunch in order to avoid losing energy during the activity. You will have a lunch break during your hike to the gorilla families because of the need to avoid travellers eating in the presence of the gorillas because of the need to avoid the primates to contract disease or to avoid being attacked by the primates in order to get the food stuffs.
